2I think you have to "Level Up" before you can get it.
To get access to the key you must have a level 10+ Alienware account. You can level up the account by playing certain games on steam for an X amount of time. You might not have the games that the quest requires you to have, in which case, good luck spending 80$ to get a key for a 7$ game. And even if you have all the games then, good leveling your account to level 10 before the keys are gone / the time is up.
