At 5am, the available contracts are updated daily. You have 3 contracts to choose from, once per day you can update the available contracts for an additional fee. A contract contains unique tasks and rewards for completing them, as well as a bonus part. Bonus tasks are opened for the night until morning, they are more difficult than the usual ones, but the payment for them is always higher. When you sign a contract, you must complete the main part of the contract or you will receive a fine. You have 24 hours to complete the contract.
